Genuine people who are looking for long-lasting friendships and/or serious relationships in Oxfordshire - who are also touched by disability.

How much does it cost?

Firstly, you will have to register with us. To register costs £10.00 for a six month period. If you leave within that 6 month period and decide to return within the six month period you will not be charged until the end of the 6 months. We will remind you one month before via email that your Registration period is due for renewal.

Once you have registered you will be able to upload your profile. To upload your profile costs £10.00 per month for a minimum of 3 months. We will remind you one month before via email that your profile is due for renewal.

Did you know that even at full price the cost to have your profile with us for one year is only £0.38p per day!!! Wow how about that!!

How do you pay?

We have two methods of payment as follows:-

  1. Credit and Debit Card Payments via Paypal
  2. Cheque made payable to DATEABILITY with your Bank Guarantee Card Number written on the reverse of the cheque, and sent to:-

What is our Privacy Policy?

  1. Our Privacy Policy is quite simple - we DO NOT pass any details of our customers to any third parties whatsoever, EXCEPT if you specifically request us to do so in writing to our address.
  2. We will use third party advertisers on our site specifically for the benefit of our customers i.e. Restaurants, Taxi Services, Hotels, etc all Disabled Friendly services which relates to our site. However, it must be made clear that if you click onto or use any of these third party advertisers, we do not have any control or access over these third party advertiser's internet/web technologies, so we would be unable to prevent you from being contacted by them. You would need to contact them direct and ask for their Privacy Policy.
  3. When you enter your details onto the forms on our site e.g. your name, address, contact details, post a profile or personal ad, enter search criteria, upload photos, revealing your ethnic origin, religion and/or sexual orientation, these details are collected and stored by us. These details will be downloaded and stored on a secure dedicated database that is NOT connected to the internet. We also maintain physical and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection and storage of personal data.
  4. We will only use your personal data in order to send information to you from us or in relation to this website and for us to communicate with you. Also to identify you when you visit or return to our site.
  5. We may access, monitor, remove, alter or store or otherwise use any personal data if we think you have or may have breached our terms and conditions or to enforce our rights or protect the public or where we are required to do so by law or appropriate authorities.
  6. If you want to access, rectify or delete your personal data you must contact us by email or in writing to our address. We will however, need to be satisfied that you are who you say you are and we may charge an administration fee in line with data protection laws.

What happens when I want to leave?

Either email us or send a note to us in writing to our address, but in both cases please use the word "UNSUBSCRIBE" and this will be dealt with immediately.
